We take reasonable care to ensure that all goods supplied by us are free from defect in material or workmanship and we undertake as follows:

1. NEW GOODS. We will replace free of charge any new goods supplied by us and proved to be then defective in material or workmanship, provided we are notified in writing of the defect complained of within 6 months of the date of delivery and the goods are returned to us carriage paid within 7 days of the discovery of such defect.
2. RECONDITIONED GOODS. We will repair free of charge any defect in so far as it is proved to be contained in any actual work or reconditioning done by us to a customer's goods or to goods exchanged for a customer's goods, provided we are notified in writing of the defect complained of within a period of three months from the date of delivery of the goods and they are retuned to us carriage paid within 7 days of the discovery of such defect.

Save as aforesaid and in respect of all goods whether new or reconditioned we have no obligation or liability in respect of any other defect in such goods. All Warranties or Conditions (whether express or implied by Statute, Common Law or otherwise) as to quality, fitness, merchantability or conformity to description are hereby excluded. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage consequential or otherwise, which may arise directly or indirectly from a defect or defects in such goods or their design, from delayed or wrongful delivery or from any other cause whatsoever including (but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing) any loss or damage occasioned by or arising from the breach of any foreign Law, Statute or Regulation.
